Electro-hydraulic plate gate valve is a valve driven by electro-hydraulic push rod, which is widely used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, electric power, chemical industry and other industries to control the flow of dust, particles and other media.

The working principle of the electro-hydraulic plate gate valve is to convert the electrical signal into hydraulic energy, and then push the plate gate to open or close. Specifically, the working process is as follows:
When the valve needs to be opened or closed, the operator sends an electrical signal to the electro-hydraulic actuator through the control button or touch screen.
The electro-hydraulic actuator receives the electrical signal and converts it into hydraulic energy. There is a solenoid valve inside the electro-hydraulic actuator. After the solenoid valve is energized, it will open the flow channel of the hydraulic oil, and the hydraulic oil will push the piston of the hydraulic cylinder.
The movement of the hydraulic cylinder piston drives the connecting rod, which in turn pushes the plate gate open or close. When the electrical signal indicates the opening of the valve, the hydraulic cylinder piston will move upward, push the connecting rod to lift the plate gate and open the valve channel; When the electrical signal indicates that the valve is closed, the hydraulic cylinder piston will move down, pushing the connecting rod to press down the plate gate and close the valve channel.
