Introduction of Flat Gate Valve
The flat gate valve is a sliding valve whose closing member is a parallel gate, and its closing member can be a single gate or a double gate with a spreading mechanism in between.
The pressing force of the gate to the valve seat is controlled by the medium pressure acting on the floating gate or the floating valve seat. If it is a flat gate valve with a double gate, the opening mechanism between the two gates can supplement this pressing force.
The flat gate valve can be divided into a manual flat gate valve, pneumatic flat gate valve, and electric flat gate valve according to the driving mode.

Operational Parts of the Flat Gate Valve
Yoke Sleeve
The aluminum bronze yoke sleeve is equipped with a needle thrust bearing to minimize operating torque.
Pressure Sealed
Simple to assemble, with sectional buckle and silver-plated mild steel washers to help disassemble and achieve the best bonnet seal.
Seat Ring
Welded seat ring is perpendicular to the flow path for easy maintenance.
Actuators

Yoke

Flat gate valve is mainly composed of valve body, gate plate, valve stem, sealing ring and other components. Its working principle is to rotate the valve stem to make the gate move up and down in the valve body, thereby cutting off or connecting the fluid.
