The electro-hydraulic power device is the core component of the electro-hydraulic plate gate valve, which receives external signals to control the start and stop of the motor and the switch of the hydraulic valve, so as to control the position of the gate and realize the opening and closing of the valve.

Open: the motor starts, the hydraulic pump works, the hydraulic oil pushes the piston rod, the ram moves, and the valve opens.

Off: the motor stops, the hydraulic pump stops working, the hydraulic oil pushes the piston rod to move in reverse, the ram moves, and the valve closes.

Sealing: Both sides of the gate are provided with seals, seals and valve body formed between the sealing cavity, sealing cavity filled with hydraulic oil, to provide sealing pressure to prevent fluid leakage.

Shearing: When the ram moves in the horizontal direction, it can cut the adhesion on the pipe wall, such as coal powder, ash, etc., to keep the pipe wall clean and prevent clogging.
