Structural features
The gate of a low-temperature plate gate is a plate, and the direction of the plate's motion and the direction of the fluid are perpendicular to each other.
The shutter has two sealing surfaces, usually formed into a wedge shape, to ensure good sealing performance under low temperature conditions.
The low temperature gate pressing sealing surface arrangement can be divided into wedge type gate, parallel plate type gate and parallel plate type gate.

Applications
Low temperature flat plate valves are widely used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical, environmental protection, urban pipelines, fuel pipelines and other transport pipelines, as well as in ventilation systems and fuel storage facilities, and can be used as shutoff equipment.
Plate shutters with drain holes are usually used for pipes that require a pipe-cleaning tube, while those without drain holes are used for pipes that do not require a pipe-cleaning tube.

Good sealing
During the gate closing process, the gate lever and gate plate are pressed through the gate pressure to tightly attach the gate plate and gate seat, thus realizing the sealing function of the gate. Special materials are used for the sealing surface between the gate plate and the gate seat, and through precision machining, the sealing performance of the gate is improved one step further.
